about

The ashes kept falling in the narrator's descriptions. So much that the spring turned all the way into winter where the ashes turned into snow. He's trying to process how long his world has been turned upside down. But he still clings to some type of hope. Maybe I should too.

lyrics

Ashes turning to snow whoa snowfall bringing with it the feeling reeling inside he tried but the ashes kept turning to snow whoa snowfall bringing with it the coldness endless inside he tried Warmth please stay a while the song is playing on child please try to smile the world keeps moving on But last night it poured and the ashes adored all the silent thoughts and the cyclops sitting at your door and he writes and he writes some more to understand himself just a little bit more
